Dr. Annista Nishanthy Wijayanayake is a Senior Lecturer attached to the Department of Industrial Management (DIM). She has a BSc in Industrial Management from University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, an M.Eng in Industrial Engineering and D.Eng in Financial Engineering at Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan. Also, she has been serving as the academic advisor for the B.Sc MIT degree programme, by assisting the students to make the best academic decisions possibly. She has published in several International Journals as well as in Conference Proceedings. Prior to joining DIM she had been working as an Actuarial Assistant at Sri Lanka Insurance Cooperation
