On completion of this course, the student should be able to:

  • Demonstrate understanding of the importance of team work in organizations and need to align/manage interests and efforts of diverse groups to meet organizational objectives

  • Demonstrate improved levels of communication, leadership and team capabilities

  • Demonstrate improved levels of professional attributes essential for success in the global business environment

Personality development & Personal branding; Leadership; Team building; Personal goal setting; Personal grooming; Communication & Presentation skills; Time management; First-aid & Life support; Etiquette(s); Social & physical environmental sensitivity.

This course will be delivered as a combination of in-class and outbound activity based learning.
